Hampshire Party Marquees Terms & Conditions of Hire 

1. Terms: A non-returnable deposit will be required on booking. The Hirer is liable for any damage or breakage's to Hampshire Party Marquees a equipment. Payment net on receipt of invoice. Decorations to be removed the day after function. Hampshire Party Marquees n will charge for removal. It must be understood that the Marquee is only y intended as a temporary construction and to a certain degree will not safeguard full against weather conditions. Therefore Hampshire Party Marquees  accepts no claims liable to arise from this clause. Copy of Health & Safety statement available on request.
   
2. Conditions: Goods at all times remain the property of Hampshire Party Marquees o. Unless stated otherwise in writing, ail orders are accepted by Hampshire Party Marquees a, subject to the acceptance by the Hirer of these terms and conditions of hire, and that the Hirer is deemed to have acknowledged this fact Ail goods will be returned, as delivered, CLEAN, otherwise an extra charge will be made.
   
3. Exclusion of Liability: Liability to third party. Hampshire Party Marquees n will not be responsible for and the Hirer will indemnify Hampshire Party Marquees a against all claims for injury to persons or loss of damage to property howsoever caused unless it proved that such injury or damage be caused by faulty material or workmanship or negligence on the part of Hampshire Party Marquees o. Ail orders accepted or contracts entered into are contingent upon freedom from all liability for non-fulfillment or delay due to War, Strikes, Lock Out, Riots, Civil Commotion, Force Majeure, Equipment breakage's, Government Control on Priority Regulations, Scarcity of Materials or Labour difficulties, Severe weather conditions or other causes beyond our control.
   
4. Loss or Damage: The Hirer is responsible for the safe custody of all hire equipment and an persons using said equipment supplied by Hampshire Party Marquees from the time of delivery until final collection is made by our staff. The hire charges do not include making good or repair of damage to site. Hampshire Party Marquees D cannot accept any responsibility whatsoever for any damage to underground pipes, drains and cables, the position of which has not been clearly marked on the ground. 
   
5. Erection - Dismantling - Delivery: The Hirer agrees not to attempt to erect, dismantle, alter or interfere in any way with Hampshire Party Marquees a property except by prior agreement with Hampshire Party Marquees. 
   Hampshire Party Marquees will do its utmost to comply with the Hirer's wishes wherever preference is as to delivery, erection or removal dates are requested but regret we cannot guarantee in advance that the equipment will be delivered, erected or removed on any specified day. Where no preference is stated, Hampshire Party Marquees will deliver, erect or remove equipment at our discretion. Quoted prices are for erecting Marquees & all other associated equipment on grass with reasonable vehicle access to the site. A surcharge may be necessary for erecting Marquees & ail other associated equipment, if the access is unduly restricted.
   
6. Cancellations or Premature Termination: In the event of cancellation at anytime, the deposit will be forfeited, in addition, the Hirer agrees to pay Hampshire Party Marquees D a sum, of which any deposit already paid shall form, up to the hire charge in accordance with the following scale: On Termination by the Hirer.
   Within 7 days of hire date 100% of total hire cost - Less than 14 days of hire date 75% of total hire cost - Less than 21 days of hire date50% of total hire cost - Less than 28days of hire date 40% of total hire cost - Less than 6 weeks of hire date 30% of total hire cost.
   
7. Prices: All hire prices EXCLUDE a 5% insurance charge and NO VAT is charged.
